What type of work do you do for Gastrograph?

I am part of the data science team. I am currently attempting to detect structure from raw data.

What sparked your interest in working in that field?

The power of the methods attracted me. I was surprised that clustering can find organization and structure in a seemingly chaotic data set.

Why did you choose AFS?

I chose AFS because I believe in the approach that Jason and his team have developed to address the issues of quality control.

Gastrograph has a pretty unique environment. What would you say your favorite part is?

My favorite part of the Gastrograph environment is the teamwork.

You get to evaluate many different drinks. What product is your favorite to taste test?

Beer

Why is that?

The simplicity in evaluating the flavors of the beer.

Working at a startup can be time consuming. What activities do you do in your free time to alleviate the stress?

Reading math and physics textbooks and playing basketball and soccer.

Carne Asada, gallo pinto, queso frito, repollo and tortilla
